Refound of transactions

Fashion Studio Le-Te will refund the money of the buyer if the wrong payment is made, and this can be realized by submitting a written request on our email address contact@lete.mk with proof of payment, name and surname, email address that is connected to the account, the date on which the payment was made and in what amount.

Return of the product

In Fashion Studio Le-Te, all products are of high and controlled quality and checked for any errors before they are sent to the client. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the purchased products you have received, please contact us in the Complaint and Returns section immediately, stating the reason you are not satisfied with the product. In this section, you enter your name, surname, e-mail, phone number, order number, product name, product code, and the reason for the return of the product. We will process this request as soon as possible.

Return/Replacement of the Product

Please note that all products purchased on this site are final and we do not offer a refund. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, we offer replacement with another product or credit voucher with which you can purchase another product from our site, and it is valid for 3 months. If you are not satisfied with the product, it must be returned within 7 days of the approval of the complaint.
The complaint will be accepted only if the received product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is in the wrong size
  • You got the wrong product

The complaint will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged by your side (wearing, tearing, washing, etc.)
  • The product is bought for sale
  • The product does not contain all the original labels and declarations
  • The complaint is not submitted immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of the product)

If the complaint is accepted, it will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. Once it is processed, the product will be sent to you, and the delivery will be subject to our Shipping Information and Conditions

Delivery costs are not refundable.

If your products comply with the terms of the complaint, after receiving approval from us, send the product including your original invoice where you have to specify the reason for the return, indicating the product you are modifying and specify the exact size or product you wanted to get it. The package must contain all original labels and declarations and together with the invoice be sent to our address.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
